GNOME on Rails! After all, your fearless leader is the one behind online.gnome.org. Though I guess it'd have to be Java. ;)

I think it was more like git, cmake, vala. All exist already so JFDI? Right?
Isn't everyone using almost any language they want to write the apps anyway? And the core libraries are not going to be rewritten from scratch any time soon...
Feels like a pointless discussion to me. vcs definitely JFDI though ;)
